Willow Lodge

A new 78 bed purpose built care scheme for senior living. Once complete it will be let to a CQC registered operator for a minimum of 25 years. The interior will feature 78 ensuite bedrooms (all minimum 20m²), several communal facilities such as lounges, market place, activity room, hair salon and a cinema, with associated parking and gardens.

This project will feature the new household model, which is specifically designed for people with dementia.

Redhill is a town in the borough of Reigate and Banstead. The town, which adjoins Reigate to the west, is due south of Croydon in Greater London, and is part of the London commuter belt.
